When it enters the battlefield you get two energy counters, and you may pay energy to cast creature spells with mana value 3 or less instead of their mana costs, with those spells gaining flash when cast this way. The effect enables surprise plays and alternative-resource engines for low-cost creatures in decks that can use energy.
