Powerbalance (MH3-335) is a rare Enchantment from Modern Horizons 3. Whenever an opponent casts a spell, you may reveal the top card of your library; if its mana value matches that spell's, you may cast it without paying its mana cost. You must choose to cast the revealed card as the ability resolves (timing restrictions are ignored), but you can't choose alternative costs when casting it for free and any mandatory additional costs must still be paid.
