Phelia, Exuberant Shepherd (MH3-478, Etched Foil) is a Legendary Creature — Dog from the Modern Horizons 3 expansion. It has Flash and, when it attacks, can exile up to one other nonland permanent until the next end step and put a +1/+1 counter on Phelia if that permanent entered the battlefield under your control. Rulings note that exiled tokens won't return, auras go to their owners' graveyards, equipment becomes unattached, and returned permanents are new objects with no relation to their previous instances.
