You may cast those spells and play any exiled lands under normal timing and cost rules, and at the next end step any exiled cards still remaining are put into your graveyard and generate 0/1 Eldrazi Spawn tokens that can be sacrificed for colorless mana. The card provides a short-term card advantage and potential ramp or mana fixing through played lands and later token value if cards remain unplayed.
