Whenever another nontoken permanent you control leaves the battlefield, each trigger lets you create one of three specific creature tokens, and you must choose different token types for each trigger that turn. For {3}{W}{U} you can put a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control, supporting a token-creation or board-wide strategy.
