Disruptor Flute (MH3-209) is a Rare Artifact from Modern Horizons 3 that has Flash. As it enters the battlefield you choose a card name and spells with that chosen name cost {3} more to cast. The Flute also prevents non-mana activated abilities of sources with the chosen name from being activated, creating both tax and lockdown effects against a single identified card.
