Shilgengar, Sire of Famine (PMH3-109s foil) is a legendary creature Elder Demon from Modern Horizons 3 Promos. It has flying and a sacrifice outlet that creates Blood artifact tokens, producing extra tokens if an Angel is sacrificed. For {W/B}{W/B}{W/B} and sacrificing six Blood tokens it returns each creature card from your graveyard to the battlefield with a finality counter, and those returned creatures become Vampires in addition to their other types.
