Description

Rosheen, Roaring Prophet (PMH3-202s foil) is a legendary Giant Shaman creature from the Modern Horizons 3 promos. When it enters the battlefield it mills six cards and lets you choose a card with X in its mana cost from among them to put into your hand. It can tap to produce two colorless mana per revealed card with X in its mana cost from your hand, and that mana may only be spent on costs that contain X.
