Primal Prayers (PMH3-166s foil) is a green Enchantment from the Modern Horizons 3 Promos set. When it enters the battlefield you get two energy counters and you may pay energy instead of mana to cast creature spells with mana value 3 or less, with those casts allowed as though the spells had flash. It functions as a tempo engine, converting an early energy boost into surprise or free deployments of small creatures.
