Necrodominance (PMH3-102s foil) is a legendary enchantment from the Modern Horizons 3 Promos set. It replaces your draw step, lets you pay life at your end step to draw that many cards, sets your maximum hand size to five, and exiles cards or tokens that would be put into your graveyard from anywhere. Its effects reshape graveyard interactions and hand-size management, preventing most triggers that rely on cards entering your graveyard while enabling effects that care about discarded or exiled cards.
