Kudo, King Among Bears (PMH3-192s foil) is a Legendary Creature — Bear from the Modern Horizons 3 Promos set. Its static ability makes other creatures have base power and toughness 2/2 and gives them the Bear subtype in addition to their other types. That replacing effect overwrites other power- and toughness-setting effects while counters and continuous modifiers still apply to the newly set values.
