Inevitable Betrayal (MH2-446) is a rare blue sorcery from Modern Horizons 2 that has Suspend 3 for {1}{U}{U}. When cast from suspend (or otherwise cast), it lets you search a target opponent's library for a creature card and put that creature onto the battlefield under your control. The card can be used to steal a key blocker or threat from an opponent, making it a toolbox or disruption piece in longer blue-based strategies.
