Galvanic Relay (MH2-127) is a red sorcery from Modern Horizons 2 that carries the Storm keyword. It exiles the top card of your library and lets you play that exiled card on your next turn. As a Storm spell, it generates copies equal to the number of spells cast earlier that turn, enabling large-scale recursion or value in combo or spell-heavy decks.
