Out of Time (PMH2-23p prerelease stamp) is a white rare enchantment from the Modern Horizons 2 Promos set. Its enter-the-battlefield trigger untaps creatures, phases those creatures out while it gains time counters, and it has Vanishing so it is sacrificed when the last time counter is removed. Because phased-out permanents are treated as though they don't exist, the card can temporarily remove creatures from combat and interactions and has unusual rules interactions if the enchantment itself ever phases out.
