Lonis, Cryptozoologist (PMH2-204s foil) is a legendary Snake Elf Scout creature from the Modern Horizons 2 Promos set. Whenever another nontoken creature you control enters the battlefield, you investigate, generating Clue artifact tokens that can be sacrificed. Lonis can tap and sacrifice X Clues to reveal the top X cards of an opponent’s library and put a nonland permanent with mana value X or less from among them onto your battlefield, enabling value recursion and toolbox effects.
