Carth the Lion (PMH2-189s foil) is a Legendary Creature — Human Warrior from the Modern Horizons 2 Promos set. When Carth enters or when a planeswalker you control dies, you may reveal a planeswalker from the top seven cards of your library and put it into your hand while the rest go to the bottom in random order. Carth also increases the activation cost of planeswalker loyalty abilities you activate by +1, which can tax opponents' or your own planeswalkers and stacks if multiple Carths are in play.
