Description

Urza, Lord High Artificer (H1R-11 foil) is a legendary creature with the Human Artificer subtypes from Modern Horizons 1 Timeshifts. When it enters the battlefield it makes a Construct token that scales with your artifacts, it can tap artifacts for blue mana, and it can exile and allow you to play the top card of your library for free that turn. Its abilities support artifact-based combo and ramp decks by generating mana, growing a board presence, and enabling free casts from exile.
