Description

Urza, Lord High Artificer (H1R-11 etched foil) is a legendary blue Human Artificer creature from Modern Horizons 1 Timeshifts. When he enters the battlefield he makes a Construct token that scales with artifacts you control, and he can tap artifacts for {U} and exile the top card of your library to play that card that turn without paying its mana cost. He supports artifact-centric strategies by generating mana from artifacts and providing repeatable card advantage or free plays through his activated shuffle-and-exile ability.
