Ghost Quarter (MD1-26) is an uncommon land reprint from the Modern Event Deck 2014 that can tap for colorless mana. It can be tapped and sacrificed to destroy a target land, after which that land's controller may search their library for a basic land and put it onto the battlefield. This card is commonly used to disrupt opponents' powerful nonbasic lands or to deal with problematic utility lands in a match-up.
