Confusion in the Ranks (MRD-87) is a rare red enchantment from Mirrodin that forces exchanges of permanents. Whenever an artifact, creature, or enchantment enters the battlefield, its controller chooses another player's permanent that shares a type with it and those permanents are exchanged. This creates recurring permanent swaps that can trade your opponent's key permanents for less useful ones or recover your own from opponents.
