Shimmer (MIR-92) is a blue enchantment from the Mirage set that modifies how lands behave. As it enters, you choose a land type and every land of that chosen type gains phasing, causing them to phase in and out on their controllers' untap steps. This can be used to protect key lands from removal or to temporarily shut off opponent land resources depending on the chosen type.
