Mind Bend (MIR 77) is an uncommon instant from Mirage that replaces one color word with another or one basic land type with another on a target permanent. On resolution you choose a word to replace and every instance of that word on the permanent’s printed text and type line is changed indefinitely. This can alter things like creature color-based text or a land’s basic type (for example turning Forest into Island) but cannot change names, nonprinted effects, or create identical word replacements.
