Hall of Gemstone (MIR 221) is a World Enchantment from the Mirage set that changes how lands produce mana. At the beginning of each player's upkeep that player chooses a color and lands tapped for mana produce that chosen color until end of turn. Because it is a World, it will replace any existing World enchantment when it enters the battlefield, affecting global mana production while it remains.
