Flash (MIR-66) is a rare blue instant from Mirage that can put a creature from your hand onto the battlefield. When you do, you must either pay that creature's mana cost reduced by 2 generic mana or sacrifice it, and the creature still triggers enter-the-battlefield abilities. The card lets you cheat creatures into play temporarily and can be used for surprise blocks, ETB value, or risky card advantage when you can afford the reduced payment.
