Celestial Dawn (MIR-6) is a white enchantment from Mirage that makes all lands you control Plains and turns your nonland cards and spells white. It lets you spend white mana as though it were any color while restricting other mana to colorless spending only. The effect fundamentally shifts a deck toward white-based casting and synergy by changing colors of your permanents and available mana.
