Aetherspouts (MIC-97) is a blue instant reprinted in the Midnight Hunt Commander set. For each attacking creature, its owner puts that creature on their choice of the top or bottom of their library, letting you effectively clear attackers without targeting. It serves as both a defensive tempo play and a political tool in multiplayer games by forcing opponents to disrupt their board while giving them some control over the returned creatures' placement.
