Thieves' Auction (MMQ 218) is a rare red sorcery from Mercadian Masques that exiles all nontoken permanents and then has players draft them back onto the battlefield. Starting with the caster and proceeding in turn order, each player repeatedly chooses one of the exiled cards to put onto the battlefield tapped under their control until none remain. In multiplayer games it creates a rotating redistribution of permanents and can trigger enter/leave-the-battlefield effects as cards are exiled and returned.
