You and target player exchange control of the creature you each control with the greatest mana value. Then exchange control of artifacts the same way. If two or more permanents a player controls are tied for greatest, their controller chooses one of them.

Juxtapose (ME1-41) is a blue sorcery from Masters Edition that exchanges the creatures and then the artifacts each player controls with the greatest mana value. The spell performs the creature exchange first and then the artifact exchange, and ties are broken by the controller choosing which tied permanent is involved. The effect does not target, so it can exchange permanents with shroud and still does nothing for a category if a player controls none of that permanent type.
