Goblin Chirurgeon (ME1-94) is a common one-mana creature with Goblin and Shaman subtypes from Masters Edition. You can sacrifice a Goblin to regenerate any target creature, providing a cheap way to save a creature from destruction. As a low-cost creature with a sacrifice outlet, it can serve both defensive utility and combo/enabler roles in Goblin- or sacrifice-themed decks.
