Diminishing Returns (ME1-32) is a blue sorcery from Masters Edition. It makes each player shuffle their hand and graveyard into their library, exiles the top ten cards of your library face-up, and then lets players draw up to seven cards in turn order. The effect can be used to refuel hands while digging for answers and to selectively deny or reveal resources by exiling your top ten cards before draws.
