It enters tapped, can be activated for {T} to give its controller an extra turn after this one, and has a built-in skip-to-untap interaction that trades skipping your turn to untap the artifact. Its design makes it a potent turn-manipulation tool often used in combos that can untap it or repeatedly take extra turns.
