Ice Cauldron (ME4-206) is a rare artifact from Masters Edition IV that lets you exile a nonland card from your hand by paying {X} and tapping it, then place a charge counter while recording the mana spent. You can later tap and remove a charge counter to add the exact recorded mana type and amount, which may only be spent to cast the last card exiled with the Cauldron. Its design enables time-shifting a specific spell's mana cost across turns and can store colored mana to help cast that exiled spell later.
