Drain Power (ME4-46) is a blue sorcery from Masters Edition IV. It forces a target player to activate each land's mana ability, then makes them lose all unspent mana while you gain the mana they lost. The effect can be used to steal large amounts of temporary mana or disrupt opponents who rely on floating mana or unusual land abilities.
