{2}, {T}: Put a mire counter on target non-Swamp land. That land is a Swamp for as long as it has a mire counter on it. Activate only during your upkeep. When this artifact is put into a graveyard from the battlefield, at the beginning of each of your upkeeps for the rest of the game, remove all mire counters from a land that a mire counter was put onto with this artifact but that a mire counter has not been removed from with this artifact.

Cyclopean Tomb (ME4-195) is a rare artifact from Masters Edition IV that can place mire counters on non-Swamp lands to make them Swamps. By paying {2} and tapping during your upkeep you put a mire counter on a land, and when the artifact goes to the graveyard it creates a recurring delayed trigger that removes those mire counters from lands at each of your upkeeps for the rest of the game. The mire counters independently make lands into Swamps while present, and the delayed ability removes those counters over subsequent upkeeps even if the Tomb is no longer on the battlefield.
