Freyalise's Winds (ME3-119) is a rare green enchantment from Masters Edition III. It places wind counters on permanents as they become tapped and prevents permanents with wind counters from untapping during their controller's untap step by removing all wind counters instead. This card functions as a board-control tool that can lock down opposing or your own permanents by steadily accumulating counters to stop untap phases.
