City of Shadows (ME3-206) is a rare land reprinted in Masters Edition III that can accumulate storage counters by exiling creatures you control. You can tap it to add colorless mana equal to the number of storage counters on it, and the counters remain on it when you use the mana ability. The card supports sacrifice- or creature-exile synergies by turning creature exiles into a growing mana sink for later turns.
