Chain Lightning (ME3-90) is a red sorcery from Masters Edition III that deals 3 damage to any target. After it deals damage, the damaged player or the controller of the damaged permanent may pay RR to create a copy of the spell and choose a new target for that copy. Its copy-on-payment trigger can turn a single red mana into multiple damage instances, making it a tempo and burn tool in aggressive or burn decks.
