Call to Arms (ME3-4) is a white Enchantment. As it enters, you choose a color and an opponent; white creatures get +1/+1 while the chosen color is the single most common color among that opponent's nontoken permanents, and the enchantment is sacrificed when that condition ceases. The card continuously counts nontoken permanents (multicolored permanents count for each of their colors and colorless are ignored) and uses a state trigger to determine when to sacrifice itself.
