Exile All Hallow's Eve with two scream counters on it. At the beginning of your upkeep, if this card is exiled with a scream counter on it, remove a scream counter from it. If there are no more scream counters on it, put it into your graveyard and each player returns all creature cards from their graveyard to the battlefield.

All Hallow's Eve (ME3-57) is a black sorcery reprinted in Masters Edition III. When it resolves it is exiled with two scream counters and then its exile-triggered upkeep ability removes counters until none remain, at which point each player returns all creature cards from their graveyard to the battlefield. This card can function as a mass-reattachment/recursion effect and can be interacted with by responses before the final counter is removed to affect what returns.
