Phyrexian Portal (ME2-217) is a rare artifact from the Masters Edition II set. For {3} you can activate an ability when your library has ten or more cards that has an opponent split your top ten cards into two piles, exile one pile, and let you search the other for a card to put into your hand. The effect lets you selectively dig for a needed card while sacrificing half (or more) of the revealed cards to exile, creating a high-variance tutor-like play.
