It requires you to pay {G} each upkeep or sacrifice it and it forces any player who puts an Island/blue or Swamp/black permanent onto the battlefield to sacrifice a chosen permanent of that same land/color type. Its effects can trigger twice for dual‑typed permanents and cares about who caused the permanent to enter the battlefield, potentially punishing both opponents and yourself depending on plays.
