Musician (ME2-56) is a Creature — Human Wizard from Masters Edition II and a blue rare with cumulative upkeep. It can tap to put a music counter on a target creature and grant that creature a triggered upkeep-destruction ability if it didn't already have it. Its role is a tempo/utility piece that can burden opposing creatures (or your own) with escalating upkeep costs while itself having cumulative upkeep to manage.
