Kjeldoran Outpost (ME2-233) is a land from Masters Edition II that interacts with Plains when it enters the battlefield. If you sacrifice a Plains as it enters, it comes into play and can tap for white mana; otherwise it goes to its owner's graveyard. It also has an activated ability for 1W and tapping to create a 1/1 white Soldier token, letting it produce creatures as well as mana.
