Gustha's Scepter (ME2-209) is a zero-mana artifact from Masters Edition II that stores cards exiled from your hand. It has two tap abilities: one exiles a card from your hand face down that you may look at, and the other returns a card you own exiled with it to your hand. It also has a triggered effect that moves all cards exiled with it to their owners' graveyards if you lose control of the artifact or it leaves the battlefield.
