Dreams of the Dead (ME2-46) is a blue enchantment from Masters Edition II. For {1}{U} you can return a white or black creature card from your graveyard to the battlefield but it gains cumulative upkeep {2} and is exiled if it would leave the battlefield. The card creates a temporary recursion engine that can bring back utility creatures at the cost of increasing upkeep over time.
