Arcane Denial (A25-41) is a blue instant reprinted in Masters 25 that serves as a reactive counterspell. It counters a target spell but gives that spell's controller the option to draw up to two cards at the next turn's upkeep while you draw one card at that upkeep. The card is often used as a flexible, low-cost countermagic option that trades tempo for a delayed card advantage exchange.
