Madame Web, Clairvoyant (SPM-36) is a legendary creature — Mutant Advisor from the Marvel's Spider-Man expansion. She lets you look at the top card of your library anytime and grants permission to cast Spider spells and noncreature spells from the top of your library. She also provides an attack-triggered mill option that can fuel graveyard strategies or set up future top-card plays.
