Winds of Change (MAR-30) is a red sorcery from the Marvel Universe expansion. It has each player shuffle their hand into their library and then draw that many cards, effectively randomizing hands. This effect can be used to disrupt opponents' hands or to refill your own while enabling reshuffle interactions and deck-manipulation synergies.
