Saw in Half (MAR-21 foil) is a black instant from the Marvel Universe set. It destroys a target creature and, if that creature dies that way, its controller creates two token copies of it with each token's power and toughness equal to half (rounded up) of the original. The tokens copy the creature's printed characteristics except for power/toughness and a number of other exceptions, which can interact with enter-the-battlefield effects and copying rules in nontrivial ways.
