Wicked Slumber (MOM-84) is an uncommon blue instant from March of the Machine that has Convoke. When it resolves you tap up to two target creatures and place a stun counter on either or both of them, which replaces untapping while counters remain. It can use creatures you control to help pay its cost via convoke and the two stun counters may both be placed on the same creature or split between targets.
